Can you quote off my architects plans?

If you have architectural plans, feel free to attach the file on our quote form and we will get back to you with a quotation. Alternatively we will visit your site, take measurements and prepare your quotation.

Are there different prices for the different colours?

Apart from white, bronze and charcoal, which are our standard colours, we offer a wide range of non-standard colours. Non-standard colours are roughly 6% more expensive than standard colours.

Can I choose the type of glass I require on my products?

There are many glass options available to our clients, but because your safety is our priority, we will insist on using glass that meets the necessary safety standards according to size of opening, application, wind loading and energy requirements set out by law.

What is the lead time for installation?


3 to 4 weeks from written confirmation of order and receipt of deposit.

What are the payment terms?


We require a 60% deposit upon confirmation of order, 30% on delivery of products to site and 10% upon completion of installation. A settlement discount can be offered for payment in full and up front.

Can I fit the aluminium products myself?

Yes you can, although we discourage this as we can only issue you with a Glazing Certificate (required in order to get an Occupation Certificate) if we have done the installation ourselves.

Does aluminium require maintenance?


In order to get the very best out of your aluminium product, we advise clients to keep the product as dust free as possible. It is also advisable to service windows and doors at least once a year. Lubricating the hardware can add years onto the life of your product.
